Recorded Delivery charge £12.50

Our delivery charge for shipping to Europe is £12.50 regardless of your order value as long as the order is within allowed weight and size limits. Delivery is usually within 5-7 days (depending on your country’s postal handler).

Note: Weight restrictions of 500grams apply, if the package is heavier, we will call you to take a surcharge depending on weight.

AMERICAS AND REST OF THE WORLD

We deliver to regions outside of Europe at a charge of £17.50 regardless of your order value as long as the order is within weight and size limits. Delivery is usually within 6-10 days (depending on your country’s postal handler.)

Items ordered are subject to stock availability, if an item has been recalled by a manufacturer or an item has been discontinued a refund for the full amount will be issued including any delivery charges paid.

You can return any unwanted items within 7 working days. The period starts the day the goods were received for a refund or replacement, as long as they are unused and are returned with the original or similar packaging and are undamaged. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a restocking fee.

If a returned product is used or damaged, then pharmacymedsgodirect.com shall not issue a refund to the customer and customer must pay all costs for return shipment of the product back to Medicines2u.

We do not accept any returns on prescription items unless they are delivered incorrectly or damaged. If you no longer require the item, we are unable to accept returns or process any refunds back to you.

Please note when returning goods (except when goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied by pharmacymedsgodirect.com), the customer will carry the cost of returning goods. We highly recommend that items are returned via a Recorded Delivery service as we do not accept responsibility for items lost in the post. When a refund is required, please note the refund will be processed by the same method used to purchase the order.

Please be aware that it can take as long as seven working days for a refund to be acknowledged by your credit card company.
