Delivery

pharmacymedsgodirect.com offers a wide range of delivery options to meet the needs of our customers. Delivery is completely free for all orders over £40. 
For orders under £40 we charge £2.95 for UK delivery. Delivery is usually within 1-4 working days.

For UK Special delivery we charge £6.95 which guarantees for your parcel to reach to you the next working day before 1pm. The service is only guaranteed on orders placed Monday-Thursday before 1pm. If ordered on a Friday, your parcel can be delivered the next working day at a cost of £7.49 (Subject to stock availability).
Our delivery charge for shipping to Europe is £12.50. Delivery is usually within 5-7 working days.

Delivery to regions outside Europe cost £17.50. Delivery is usually within 6-10 working days.
All our delivery options are recorded and can be tracked via Royal Mail, charges may vary according to the weight of your parcel.

Returns & Replacements

pharmacymedsgodirect.com is dedicated to providing quality products that meet your requirements. We appreciate that there may be times when the items may have been delivered incorrectly or that you no longer need the product. 

You can return any over the counter unwanted items within 7 working days of receiving the product as long as they are unused and are returned with the original or similar packaging and are undamaged. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a restocking fee.

We do not accept any returns on prescription items unless they are delivered incorrectly or damaged. If you no longer require the item, we are unable to accept returns or process any refunds back to you.

If a returned product is used or damaged, then pharmacymedsgodirect.com shall not issue a refund to the customer and customer must pay all costs for return shipment of the product back to pharmacymedsgodirect.com.

Please note when returning goods (except when goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied by pharmacymedsgodirect.com), the customer will carry the cost of returning goods. We highly recommend that items are returned via a Recorded Delivery service as we do not accept responsibility for items lost in the post. When a refund is required, please note the refund will be processed by the same method used to purchase the order. Please be aware that it can take as long as seven working days for a refund to be acknowledged by your credit card company.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

How to return an item

If you wish to return an item, please email us on customercare@pharmacymedsgodirect.com, providing your order number and an advisor will be happy to assist you further.
Alternatively, you can contact us via post on the below address.

  • Carefully pack the items in original packaging, or similarly suitable packaging. Please do not use the product box as outer packaging and note that we will deduct the cost of any returned items damaged in transit due to inadequate packaging from any amount refunded to you.

  • Any customers who decide to use our Online Doctor Consultation, there will be certain forms to fill in depending on your circumstances. These forms will then be referred and looked over by our online doctor to acknowledge whether he can provide you with the medication needed.

UNITED KINGDOM – Free delivery on all orders over £40 and free delivery on all NHS prescriptions

Standard Delivery Charge £2.95

For all orders under £40 we charge £2.95 for UK delivery within allowed size and weight limits. Our standard delivery option includes packaging, handling and Royal Mail 1st Class delivery postal costs and may take 1-4 working days to be delivered. The majority of orders are despatched either on the same working day or the following working day. A signature is required on receipt.

Note: Weight restrictions of 1000grams apply, if the package is heavier, we will call you to take a surcharge depending on weight.
Next Day Delivery £6.95

Our delivery charge for UK Special Delivery is £6.95 regardless of your order value. This service is only guaranteed on orders placed Monday – Thursday before 1pm. Any orders placed after this period will be processed the next available working day. If ordered on a Friday it can be delivered the next day and will cost £8.49. Special Delivery is also subject to stock availability and if there is any difficulties obtaining the item a delay may be incurred. Pharmacymedicines2u.co.uk cannot be held responsible for these items being delivered late.

Recorded Delivery charge £12.50

Our delivery charge for shipping to Europe is £12.50 regardless of your order value as long as the order is within allowed weight and size limits. Delivery is usually within 5-7 days (depending on your country’s postal handler).

Note: Weight restrictions of 500grams apply, if the package is heavier, we will call you to take a surcharge depending on weight.

AMERICAS AND REST OF THE WORLD
Recorded Delivery Charge £17.50

We deliver to regions outside of Europe at a charge of £17.50 regardless of your order value as long as the order is within weight and size limits. Delivery is usually within 6-10 days (depending on your country’s postal handler.)

Note: Weight restrictions of 500 grams apply, if the package is heavier, we will call you to take a surcharge depending on weight.

Items ordered are subject to stock availability, if an item has been recalled by a manufacturer or an item has been discontinued a refund for the full amount will be issued including any delivery charges paid.
