We may choose not to accept abnormal orders and orders which are not placed in good faith. After having received your order, we will send you an order confirmation email with your order number and details of the items you have ordered. Please note that the Order confirmation email is not an acceptance of your order. Acceptance of your order and the formation of the contract of sale between pharmacymedicines2u.co.uk and you and will not take place unless and until you have received an email confirmation of your order being despatched. Please note that pharmacymedicines2u.co.uk reserves the right to cancel your order at any time before you receive your ordered items.

11. Medical Information.

You should be aware that information captured will be viewed by our pharmacy team. You should read all product packaging prior to using it. Please contact your doctor or medical advisor if you are unsure about whether you should use a product. You understand that Pharmacymedicines2u.co.uk may share your contact details with the manufacturer of items purchased if they offer extended warranty or product aftercare. You can opt out at any time by contacting us. 

12. Delivery.

Pharmacymedicines2u.co.uk will not be held responsible for lost parcels caused due to an incorrect delivery address entered by the customer. Delivery address cannot be changed once the order has been shipped.  Pharmacymedicines2u.co.uk is unable to refund courier delivery charges. Courier delivery does not guarantee next day delivery. In the event of the parcel not being delivered next day, delivery charges will not be refunded. We accept no responsibility if your order is stopped by international customs. If items are dispatched to international destinations but do not arrive we will be unable to offer a refund or resend the goods without repayment of shipping charges. We guarantee the quality of products until they leave our premises however pharmacymedicines2u.co.uk cannot take any responsibility for damage that occurs during transit, photographic evidence must be provided before either a replacement or a refund is considered. We reserve the right to ask you to send the damaged goods back for inspection. We also cannot guarantee the timely delivery of your order once it is in the hands of the shipping company for any reason whatsoever including postal strikes, loss of package or delivery to wrong address by the shipping company.
Once you have placed an order, if we are unable to ship any part of it, we may at our sole discretion, either send you part of the order that is in stock or remove item(s) from the order. If your order consists of specialist luxury items, fragrances or electrical items, these may take slightly longer to dispatch from our warehouse due to the size and weight of the product(s). Pharmacymedicines2u.co.uk do not dispatch any orders over the weekend.

If you are ordering from outside the UK, it is your responsibility for ensuring that dispensing, receipt and use of the medicine prescribed or purchased complies with your local laws. Risk and title in the products will pass to you when they are despatched by us. Due to FDA regulations, it is our policy not to dispense prescriptions for supply to the USA. Due to changes to Italian law on March 8th 2014, we are no longer able to send prescription only medicines to Italy. 

13. Prescriptions.

When selecting a treatment, a GMC UK registered doctor will provide a prescription to pharmacymedicines2u.co.uk in order to dispense to you. In no case are we able to send the private prescription directly to you. We do not accept any returns on prescription items unless they are delivered incorrectly or damaged. If you no longer require the item, we are unable to accept returns or process any refunds back to you.

14. Pricing & purchasing.

RRP is an abbreviation of Recommended Retail Price. RRP prices are displayed to highlight normal high street prices. We endeavor to manually check RRP prices periodically but cannot guarantee they are 100% accurate in all cases. Please ensure you have checked the sale and RRP prices for yourself before purchasing items from our website. All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of VAT (currently set by the government at 20%). 
EU residents pay the VAT inclusive price. Non-EU/exempt residents pay the exclusive price. 
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors.

The sale of products from this website are subject to availability. Our cut off time for Next day delivery on some products is 13:00. Your order for a product is an offer to purchase and pharmacymedicines2u.co.uk retains the discretion to refuse your order. No contract of sale is deemed to have taken place until pharmacymedicines2u.co.uk have dispatched your order. No items shall be posted out until full payments for the purchase have been received, including any necessary legal paperwork that may be requested from the customer by pharmacymedicines2u.co.uk

15. WEEE

United Kingdom is under an obligation to minimise the disposal of Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) in domestic waste and encourage recycling, recovery and environmentally sound disposal. pharmacymedicines2u.co.uk is committed to promoting the reuse, recycling and recovery of WEEE by contributing to the appropriate compliance schemes. Certain electrical items cannot be disposed of in domestic waste but disposed of through an approved WEEE take back scheme. For details of your local collection facilities, please contact your local authority or visit www.recyclenow.com

As our contribution to helping the environment we offer a free take back scheme. If you wish to purchase an electrical item from us and would like us to dispose of your old item in an environmentally friendly way, please contact us. We can only offer this service when an old product has the same use as the new product being purchased. To use our service, please contact our customer services team. 

16. Pet Medication Orders.

For pet medication orders, you confirm you will use all licensed products according to the manufacturers datasheets, you are not buying for resale and you are happy for us to contact you if necessary.

Returns outside Seven days of delivery are subject to restocking fee. Due to the nature of our business and potential health and safety we strictly do not accept returns on medical, cosmetic, food or other hygiene sensitive products but not limited to.
Warranty claims are honoured only with a product exchange; we do not provide refunds after seven days of placing an order unless the item is no longer available. You will have to cover the cost of shipping to us and back to you; we only cover product exchanges under warranty at our cost beyond seven days of delivery.

Pharmacymedicines2u.co.uk procures only currently available products from manufacturers. Descriptions and images are for illustration purposes only, you should expect to receive the current batch of products that the manufacturer is producing, returns will not be accepted if you were expecting to receive out-dated or older models of products that are no longer available.

All our terms and conditions are subject to change without notice, however, we may inform any customer that has a current order (in progress) by phone or email if it directly or indirectly affects the order.

Access to the website cannot be guaranteed and your access may be occasionally restricted to allow for fault repairs, maintenance, or the upgrade of new services and products. Evergreen Healthcare Limited will attempt to restore the website as soon as it reasonably can.

18. Doctor Consultation

 

The service is subject to the security and efficiency of the internet service provider and also subject to continuous provision of electricity, telephone connection at either side.
By submitting an order you are confirming that you are a resident of the UK, and that you are over 18 years of age.

Any communication between you and the pharmacymedicines2u.co.uk team or doctor, become part of your medical record. Pharmacymedicines2u.co.uk or our doctor(s) will not pass the information about you to anyone else without your written consent, but since these consultations are done through correspondence online the confidentiality depends on the reliability of the Internet Service Provider.  To preserve your confidentiality, you are responsible for the security of the use of name, password and other statutory requirement while giving information online.  Although it is not essential, it is deemed good practice to inform your usual medical practitioner of any items prescribed by a private doctor, we allow you to make this decision to inform your usual medical practitioner.

You must ensure that the information that is provided is accurate and truthful.  If any problems occur due to you providing incorrect information, pharmacymedicines2u.co.uk and the consulting doctor(s) will not be held responsible.

The Doctor Consultation includes Private Doctor Consultation Fee, Private Prescription Fee and the price of the medication. If, for any reason you need to return your medication please note that we will have to deduct the Private Doctor Consultation Fee and the Private Prescription Fee and only refund you for the cost of the medication.

In addition the following Terms and Conditions apply to users of the NHS Prescription Service
– All NHS Prescription Services provided by Pharmacymedicines2u.co.uk are provided on a “best endeavours” basis. Requests made electronically from this website will be forwarded to your doctor as soon as possible. Due to the range of third party networks and innovative technology used for this transmission we are unable to guarantee a time of arrival of the request at your Doctor’s surgery or absolutely guarantee that it will arrive at all. You are responsible for determining and checking if this request has been received.
Pharmacymedicines2u.co.uk will endeavour to ensure that all Prescription Only Medicines (POM) prices are correct on the website. In some cases the prices may vary due to manufacturer price increase, product availabilty and/or special order requirement. In such cases Pharmacymedicines2u.co.uk will contact you on reciept of the prescription to inform you of any price difference.

We are legally only able to dispense medicines for you when we have received either an electronic prescription which has been digitally signed by a prescribing doctor or alternatively a conventional paper prescription signed in writing by a prescribing doctor. Prescriptions are issued entirely at the discretion of the prescriber. Pharmacymedicines2u.co.uk Ltd cannot guarantee that a request for a prescription made through the NHS Prescription Service will result in a prescription being issued by the prescriber. 

We are not responsible for failure of third party companies’ inability to deliver medicines to the correct address or within any particular time or date. You are responsible for signing for packages containing medicines but any signature provided by third parties at the delivery address given by yourself will be deemed to be receipt of the medicines and fulfillment of Pharmacymedicines2u.co.uk obligations in dispensing that prescription.

You are responsible for providing written evidence of current and valid exemption from payment or alternatively providing valid credit or debit card details which may be charged if you are not exempt from payment. We reserve the right to not deliver medicines to you if your exemption or payment details have expired or are invalid in any way. In such cases we will attempt to contact you in such instances to enable you to provide updated information to allow us to dispense the prescription. 

If your prescription medicines appear to be damaged or if the delivery appears to be wrong then please contact 0116 266 8674. We will make every effort to replace any damaged products.

19. Card details.

 

We will add on an additional 20% charge for all veterinary prescriptions if a human prescription medication is selected, we will take this payment over the phone.
Pharmacymedicines2u.co.uk does not store any credit/debit card information and is strictly processed by secured PCI DSS compliant companies through a security certificate so your details are always safe.
