12. Delivery. will not be held responsible for lost parcels caused due to an incorrect delivery address entered by the customer. Delivery address cannot be changed once the order has been shipped. is unable to refund courier delivery charges. Courier delivery does not guarantee next day delivery. In the event of the parcel not being delivered next day, delivery charges will not be refunded. We accept no responsibility if your order is stopped by international customs. If items are dispatched to international destinations but do not arrive we will be unable to offer a refund or resend the goods without repayment of shipping charges. We guarantee the quality of products until they leave our premises however cannot take any responsibility for damage that occurs during transit, photographic evidence must be provided before either a replacement or a refund is considered. We reserve the right to ask you to send the damaged goods back for inspection. We also cannot guarantee the timely delivery of your order once it is in the hands of the shipping company for any reason whatsoever including postal strikes, loss of package or delivery to wrong address by the shipping company.
Once you have placed an order, if we are unable to ship any part of it, we may at our sole discretion, either send you part of the order that is in stock or remove item(s) from the order. If your order consists of specialist luxury items, fragrances or electrical items, these may take slightly longer to dispatch from our warehouse due to the size and weight of the product(s). do not dispatch any orders over the weekend.

If you are ordering from outside the UK, it is your responsibility for ensuring that dispensing, receipt and use of the medicine prescribed or purchased complies with your local laws. Risk and title in the products will pass to you when they are despatched by us. Due to FDA regulations, it is our policy not to dispense prescriptions for supply to the USA. Due to changes to Italian law on March 8th 2014, we are no longer able to send prescription only medicines to Italy. 

13. Prescriptions.

When selecting a treatment, a GMC UK registered doctor will provide a prescription to in order to dispense to you. In no case are we able to send the private prescription directly to you. We do not accept any returns on prescription items unless they are delivered incorrectly or damaged. If you no longer require the item, we are unable to accept returns or process any refunds back to you.

14. Pricing & purchasing.

RRP is an abbreviation of Recommended Retail Price. RRP prices are displayed to highlight normal high street prices. We endeavor to manually check RRP prices periodically but cannot guarantee they are 100% accurate in all cases. Please ensure you have checked the sale and RRP prices for yourself before purchasing items from our website. All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of VAT (currently set by the government at 20%). 
EU residents pay the VAT inclusive price. Non-EU/exempt residents pay the exclusive price.

For pet medication orders, you confirm you will use all licensed products according to the manufacturers datasheets, you are not buying for resale and you are happy for us to contact you if necessary.

Any communication between you and the team or doctor, become part of your medical record. or our doctor(s) will not pass the information about you to anyone else without your written consent, but since these consultations are done through correspondence online the confidentiality depends on the reliability of the Internet Service Provider.  To preserve your confidentiality, you are responsible for the security of the use of name, password and other statutory requirement while giving information online.  Although it is not essential, it is deemed good practice to inform your usual medical practitioner of any items prescribed by a private doctor, we allow you to make this decision to inform your usual medical practitioner.

You must ensure that the information that is provided is accurate and truthful.  If any problems occur due to you providing incorrect information, and the consulting doctor(s) will not be held responsible.

The Doctor Consultation includes Private Doctor Consultation Fee, Private Prescription Fee and the price of the medication. If, for any reason you need to return your medication please note that we will have to deduct the Private Doctor Consultation Fee and the Private Prescription Fee and only refund you for the cost of the medication.

– All NHS Prescription Services provided by are provided on a “best endeavours” basis. Requests made electronically from this website will be forwarded to your doctor as soon as possible. Due to the range of third party networks and innovative technology used for this transmission we are unable to guarantee a time of arrival of the request at your Doctor’s surgery or absolutely guarantee that it will arrive at all. You are responsible for determining and checking if this request has been received. will endeavour to ensure that all Prescription Only Medicines (POM) prices are correct on the website. In some cases the prices may vary due to manufacturer price increase, product availabilty and/or special order requirement. In such cases will contact you on reciept of the prescription to inform you of any price difference.

We are legally only able to dispense medicines for you when we have received either an electronic prescription which has been digitally signed by a prescribing doctor or alternatively a conventional paper prescription signed in writing by a prescribing doctor. Prescriptions are issued entirely at the discretion of the prescriber. Ltd cannot guarantee that a request for a prescription made through the NHS Prescription Service will result in a prescription being issued by the prescriber. 

We are not responsible for failure of third party companies’ inability to deliver medicines to the correct address or within any particular time or date. You are responsible for signing for packages containing medicines but any signature provided by third parties at the delivery address given by yourself will be deemed to be receipt of the medicines and fulfillment of obligations in dispensing that prescription.
